Niri Klier - CEO - Niri founded CDCOIN in March 2000 and serves as the Company's CEO. Prior to joining CDCOIN, Niri served for over ten years in the Israeli army intelligence core as an R&D officer (Major Res.). After demobilizing, Niri joined Ackerstein Industries Ltd, as an R&D manager. He is an investor in a number of Israeli high-tech companies, and holds a B.Sc. and an MBA.  

Gil Ifergan - VP, Research & Development - Gil joined CDCOIN upon its establishment in March 2000 and is responsible for its overall technology and development projects. Gil has 12 intensive years of experience as a software engineer and R&D Manager at some of the leading high-technology companies in Israel and in the USA: Motek USA, Interbit, Amdocs and Rad-Binat. He was a lecturer at formal training seminars for software companies, and holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing Science.

Roman Lasker - VP, Business Development - Having an extensive experience as a freelance consultant and a lecturer in the fields of strategy, web marketing and digital culture, Roman is responsible for the company's strategic positioning, market development and productization. Prior to that, Roman was a Product Manager at Enigma Inc, an editor of NetLife technology magazine and a Product Manager at Netmedia Ltd. He studied Physics and Computer Science and holds a BA from the Special Interdisciplinary Program of Tel-Aviv University.
