 CDCOIN, Inc. was co-founded in April 2000 by industry veteran Mr. Meir Barak and Mr. Niri Klier and commenced operations through its Israeli subsidiary CDCOIN Ltd, located in Herzelia Pituach, Israel. Mr. Barak, the President of the company, has been involved in the technology business since the late Eighties when he founded Tel-Com Ltd which, during the nineties, developed and operated billing software for wireless carriers. CDCOIN co-founder, Mr. Klier, served for over ten years in the Israeli army intelligence core as an R&D officer (Major Res.) and later as the R&D manager of Ackerstein Industries Ltd. Mr. Klier, the CEO of the company, has been active in a number of Israeli high-tech companies. The company has filed 3 patents (pending) for its technology & concept in the U.S. and Israel.
